Benefits of sudharshana kriya…
Dear All,
I have been following this forum closely and read what people say about sudharshana kriya. I am interested in doing the Part I course. I would like you hear from you all the benefits of kriya that you have experienced in your own personal lives. I have seen the websites and links about the benefits but I am looking forward to hearing some personal experiences and transformations that you have experienced and undergone by practising kriya. Please share them for me and all other practisers and non practisers to see.
